Frequently asked

Can I catch up on several unfiled years?

Yes. Depending on your situation, the Streamlined procedure allows missing years to be regularised with limited penalties. The right procedure is chosen after reviewing your file.

What is the FBAR and who has to file it?

The FBAR (FinCEN 114) reports financial accounts held outside the United States. It applies to US tax residents whose foreign accounts exceed 10,000 dollars in aggregate at any point in the year.

Do you work remotely?

Yes, with clients across all 50 states and in Europe. Documents, signature and payment all happen online in your client portal.
